About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage multiple course curriculums
  • Deliver 1–2 full-day training sessions per week
  • Teach employability topics including CVs for Germany, interviews, job searching, and LinkedIn
  • Teach soft skills including conflict management, problem solving, teamwork, communication, and workplace culture
  • Focus advice on German hiring norms
  • Give structured feedback to students
  • Set short challenges for learners
  • Prepare a short weekly outcomes update
  • Help learners develop German-ready CVs and stronger LinkedIn profiles
  • Prepare learners for interviews and soft-skills interviews in the German job market

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years in Germany in HR/recruiting, coaching or hiring partnerships
  • Proven facilitation skills in a field related to job readiness or employability
  • Strong portfolio of relevant training materials or guides
  • Fluent in English and strong German skills
  • Reliable setup for live session delivery
  • Available starting from January 2027
  • Part-time availability of up to roughly 20 hours per week
  • Available for trainings one to two days per week, Monday–Friday, between 9am and 6pm
  • Include hourly rate in cover letter
