About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage client relationships and sentiment through extensive daily interaction with client counterparts
  • Maintain service levels and address a wide range of business issues
  • Manage change management administration and communication with clients
  • Manage linkages between BAU and program change management during onboarding and implementation efforts
  • Direct development, implementation, and integration of client change requests
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of development and operational change requests
  • Champion inquiries and issues raised by State Street organizations and ensure client-facing problems are addressed
  • Prepare statuses, activity, and performance reports for senior management
  • Collaborate with middle and back office operations and provide input on plans to enhance operations
  • Persuade and influence internal groups and colleagues to achieve desired results
  • Anticipate critical risks and exposures and facilitate mitigation
  • Oversee implementation problem resolution
  • Use communication vehicles to lead, direct, and facilitate client change requests
  • Recommend best practices and educate others on their implications
  • Influence strategic direction and vision across business units or groups

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6-8 years of financial services experience, in operational, technology, product management, or project capacity
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills
  • Strong written and communication skills and ability to present to clients and senior STT management
  • Strong sense of ownership and leadership
  • Proficiency with My.StateStreet, IMT, and MCH/EHZN
  • Ability to operate with minimal supervision in a complex environment
