About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support client implementation and conversion projects to State Street software solutions
  • Work with clients to define, prepare, and validate data conversion templates aligned with software requirements
  • Identify, resolve, and escalate project issues while assessing associated risks and impacts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute project deliverables and requirements
  • Contribute to multiple project engagements simultaneously and complete assigned responsibilities on time
  • Follow and define enhancements to internal processes, procedures, and controls
  • Educate clients regarding State Street functionality and deliverables
  • Participate in remote and onsite client engagements as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • Five or more years of experience in investment accounting, including exposure to accounting software implementation projects
  • Working knowledge of insurance accounting principles and statutory and regulatory reporting requirements
  • Experience with PAM or similar insurance accounting platforms is preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Copilot
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain documentation, and meet project deadlines
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience supporting data conversions, onboarding reconciliation processes, and issue resolution
  • Analysis experience assessing requirements, supporting process improvements, and helping develop solutions
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and interact professionally with clients and stakeholders
