About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and coordinate operational and process change initiatives to support clients
- Partner with business leaders, operations, technology teams, and stakeholders
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans
- Assess organizational impacts and identify affected stakeholders, processes, controls, and operating models
- Establish project governance and escalation frameworks
- Develop and execute communication plans covering rationale, benefits, impacts, and timelines
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, workshops, and leadership briefings
- Identify organizational and operational risks associated with change initiatives
- Track and report change progress, readiness, and outcomes to leadership
- Coordinate change activities across multiple business units and functional teams
- Support implementation planning and execution to minimize service disruption
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Organizational Development, or Management
- 5+ years of experience in Change Management, Project Management, Operations, Business Transformation, Consulting, or a related discipline
- Experience leading change initiatives in complex organizations
- Financial services experience
- Experience working across operations, technology, risk, and business teams
