About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the State Street Data Integration team in establishing its product roadmap and tracking progress through completion
Coordinate with the Alpha Data Services PMO team to report roadmap delivery status, risks, and issues
Coordinate across client implementation teams to record and track client requirements and timelines in Jira
Work with stakeholders across multiple teams to integrate data from source systems into SSCD and ADP
Develop processes to identify, track, and implement practice area requirements and strategic initiatives
Manage stakeholder communication across multiple teams and levels
Engage with practice areas to develop and grow the product control and dashboard offering

Requirements

What you’ll need

12+ years of hands-on experience managing projects within data management, asset management or financial services
Excellent communication skills
Understanding of State Street system architecture is an advantage
Experience working in Agile environments, including Jira and Confluence
Solid understanding of financial markets and asset classes
Ability to work across teams and silos to problem solve and achieve required outcomes
Front, Middle and Back Office domain knowledge
Experience in data analysis or data management within asset management or financial services
Strong understanding of financial instruments, including equities, fixed income, and derivatives
Prince2, PMP or equivalent project management qualifications
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, computer science, data science, or a related field
