Key responsibilities & impact

Lead support of services and offerings across Global Delivery
Lead data delivery initiatives and provide data and business solutions
Collaborate with technology and product partners
Manage a team of contributors and build stakeholder relationships
Analyze complex business service flows across front-, middle-, and back-office operating models
Drive strategic solution design, business architecture, and business solutions/services
Drive program/project execution and reporting
Establish partnerships with Operations, Technology, Product, and E2E architecture teams
Oversee reporting on data delivery methods in a client-facing role
Act as liaison between business and technology teams for product demand opportunities
Apply knowledge of front-to-back investment management/investment services and user data requirements
Connect business goals and strategies with required data and technology investments
Communicate recommendations to management and senior business leaders
Assist with pricing strategies and product policies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in finance, MIS, Information Technology, or a related field of study
12+ years of experience in Accounting including Multi-Basis Accounting Data, data analysis, Operations, or Product management
Strong technical skills with a background in Accounting, specifically Multi-Basis Accounting Data or PAM® SaaS and Multi-Basis Accounting Data
Experience working with multi-asset class, multi-book (ABOR / IBOR), and multi-basis (GAAP/IFRS/STAT/TAX) accounting data
Experience with institutional asset owners, asset managers, official institutions, or insurers
Strategic thinking with strong business analysis and planning skills
Ability to create data and business process flows and define business problems, solutions, and designs using various tools
Proven experience with business requirements analysis and ability to drive tasks through completion
Experience designing and optimizing user experience across different interfaces
Product Owner experience using Agile Methodologies
Proven related financial services experience and good understanding of State Street businesses
Understanding of Insurance services, Data Operations, processes, and procedures
Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficiency with MS Office Products, MS Access, Visio, Jira, Confluence, and PowerPoint
Data analysis technical skills including MYSS, SQL, data visualization tools, and Power BI
Experience managing individual contributors
