About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and team meetings
Maintain product backlogs, roadmaps, actions, risks, dependencies, and delivery updates
Collect and organize product metrics, KPIs, KRIs, and scorecards
Prepare product updates, dashboards, and leadership reports
Follow up with teams on actions, blockers, and delivery commitments
Support product managers with governance meetings and product reviews
Maintain product documentation, meeting notes, and decision logs
Help improve common product practices across Defensive Engineering
Support Defensive Engineering teams with product planning, Scrum coordination, metrics, reporting, and delivery tracking
Work with product managers, security engineers, GTS product owners, and other stakeholders to help teams stay organized and focused on security outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience through employment, internships, projects, or coursework in product operations, technology, project coordination, reporting, or cybersecurity
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
Experience with backlog management or dashboard tools is helpful
Strong organization, communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to coordinate tasks and follow up across multiple teams
Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, dashboards, and presentations
Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, product management, or project coordination
Interest in cybersecurity and willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work across different teams and priorities
Good written and verbal communication skills
Agile, Scrum, product management, or cybersecurity certifications are a plus but not required
Standard business hours, with flexibility for occasional global meetings
