About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead business-side delivery of projects throughout the full lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, control and closure
Own project scope, timelines, costs, risks, dependencies and business readiness
Ensure delivery to required quality, timeline and budget parameters
Analyse current processes and prepare cost-benefit and impact assessments
Lead continuous-improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes
Coordinate, validate and report management information, key performance indicators, capacity movements and efficiency outcomes
Build stakeholder alignment, facilitate decisions and represent the function in project, governance and operational forums
Support daily depositary operations
Provide leadership through expertise, influence and delivery ownership rather than direct people management

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least five years of relevant experience in financial services, operations, transformation or implementation
Project and change leadership, with strong commercial and analytical judgement
Strong reporting, presentation, communication, negotiation and facilitation skills
Working knowledge of the fund industry, depositary services and custody operations
A degree in technology, accounting, finance, business or a related field is preferred
Project-management, change-management or continuous-improvement training or experience is preferred
Advanced proficiency with standard office productivity, reporting and data-analysis tools
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage several priorities
Experience improving operational processes through workflow, data or technology solutions is preferred
Poland: Gdansk or Krakow
Presence in the office in the required hybrid model currently at 3 days per week at the office
