About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide governance, planning, and budgeting for multiple concurrent projects
  • Implement governance and control processes for intake, prioritization, and effective status communication
  • Work with business application development, corporate enterprise architecture, and infrastructure support teams
  • Create and maintain business application platform lifecycle roadmaps as part of the governance process
  • Design and implement end-to-end system architectures
  • Optimize system integrations and deliver scalable, low-latency, high-performance, cloud-native, secure enterprise solutions
  • Drive innovative technology solutions and lead complex projects across Investment Banking, Global Market Data, Securities Finance, and Foreign Exchange
  • Bridge business visions with pragmatic approaches and open-source technology

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or beyond and 10 years or more work experience in related roles
  • Extensive experience with Java, Python, React, JQuery, Node.JS, Spark, Spring Frameworks, Kafka, MQ, PLSQL, APIs, and related technologies
  • Microservice/RESTful API-based application development using Spring Boot and MERN stacks
  • AWS, Azure, or GCP public cloud implementation from infrastructure provisioning through application deployment and observability
  • Low-latency computing system design and implementation
  • Event-driven system design and implementation
  • Experience with AI/ML-applied data science techniques, including machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, and Python libraries
  • Big Data analytics with Databricks, Snowflake, or Hadoop
  • Working knowledge of Agile/Kanban SDLC methodologies and roles
  • At least 2 years of BFSI domain experience
  • Agile/Kanban methodology training and experience
  • Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot and GitHub Copilot is good to have
  • LLM application development, RAG, and LangChain is good to have
  • MLOps and model deployment is good to have
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP) is good to have
