Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience leading and developing teams of instructional designers in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Leadership skills including coaching, mentoring, performance management, and fostering high-performing teams
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, consultative, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to build credibility and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Ability to make sound decisions, manage ambiguity, and proactively resolve challenges with limited direction
  • Experience applying instructional design and adult learning principles
  • Strong research, comprehension, and analytical skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise, and other learning development tools
  • Experience implementing or leveraging AI-enabled tools within learning design and development workflows
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and localization initiatives
  • Experience in highly regulated or financial services environments
  • Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles
  • Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM standards
  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, learning & development, education, communications, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, learning experience design, or a related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing instructional design teams
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple projects, stakeholders, resources, and competing priorities
