About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Shape and execute the strategy for alternative fund accounting operations
Lead service delivery for alternative markets clients, including hedge, private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and real assets clients
Focus on client outcomes, problem solving, cooperation, and communication across the organization
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all deliverables
Participate in industry events and forums and share insights with clients and internal colleagues
Develop and lead a large team through communication, delegation, talent development, employee engagement, and succession planning
Process feedback and develop actions to resolve identified challenges
Engage strategically with key stakeholders and partners to ensure continued operations
Identify and develop transformation and capacity-creation opportunities
Drive productivity and operational effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong alternative fund accounting knowledge and technical skills
Ability to navigate a global organization, build meaningful relationships and develop an effective network
Ability to work closely with Product, Sales and IT stakeholders
Proven leadership skills to manage and develop a high-performing operations team
Excellent time management, presentation skills, and communication across multiple levels
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding financial goals through efficiency targets, operating model enhancements, and expense discipline
Experience with change management programs in sponsorship or leadership roles
Demonstrated ability to execute under challenging circumstances and deliver targeted outcomes
Demonstrated ability to manage, coach, and influence colleagues and virtual team members
