Act as the primary operational leader for a strategic client engagement
Maintain full accountability for daily execution, risk governance, and client-facing delivery
Translate complex client needs into clear, actionable plans for Technology delivery teams
Drive delivery of proprietary tools and solutions with precision, urgency, and measurable value
Understand business workflows, operational pain points, and client requirements
Convert requirements into priorities, delivery roadmaps, and well-defined plans for IT teams
Run complex programs with multiple dependencies
Enforce governance and drive accountability
Ensure delivery against committed timelines
Partner with IT to shape execution plans and challenge scope and sequencing
Lead programs supporting sophisticated, high-expectation clients
Engage senior business, operations, and technology leaders
Lead difficult discussions, escalate risks, and recommend trade-offs
Drive structured delivery of technology-enabled improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

MBA
8+ years of operational or IT experience
PMO or Project Management–certified professional
Strong business and operational leadership
Ability to understand business workflows, operational pain points, and client requirements
Experience translating business needs into priorities, requirements, and delivery roadmaps for IT teams
Proven experience running complex programs with multiple dependencies
Experience enforcing governance, driving accountability, and delivering against committed timelines
Ability to partner with IT to shape execution plans, challenge scope and sequencing, and ensure practical, scalable solutions
Understanding of client operating models, delivery risk, and reputational impact
Ability to engage with senior business, operations, and technology leaders
Ability to lead difficult discussions, escalate risks, and recommend trade-offs
