About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the current Cloud ERP across Accounts Payable, Employee Expenses, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets modules
Design solutions for Cloud ERP rollout to new regions, processes, or business areas
Resolve issues across all Cloud ERP Financial modules
Enhance existing functionality
Partner with Finance and IT teams to communicate, escalate, and provide timely updates
Contribute to the target-state operating model and best-in-class accounting processes
Support business ownership and process knowledge for cloud-based SAS tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

In-depth understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP across all Financial modules
In-depth understanding of Chart of Accounts and hierarchies
In-depth understanding of Oracle security model
Understanding or familiarity with RMC tool and Controls
Ability to work closely with audit teams and support internal and external system audits
Implementation and design experience for large global implementations, preferably for financial services companies
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and across multiple teams including Finance and IT
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
10+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry designing, implementing, and supporting industry-standard finance systems
Lead- or Architect-level experience and proficiency designing and implementing Oracle ERP systems, preferably for a large global financial services company
