Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define the product vision and strategy for data-centric products across enterprise and CCO Tech
  • Identify opportunities to leverage data to drive business value

  • Create, maintain and prioritize product backlogs, EPICs and user stories
  • Define acceptance criteria and success metrics
  • Ensure engineering and design teams have clarity and readiness
  • Partner with development teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
  • Make scope, timeline and resource trade-offs with business stakeholders
  • Track progress and manage risks and dependencies
  • Ensure releases meet functional, performance and usability standards
  • Oversee the data product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration
  • Manage product roadmaps, backlogs and release plans
  • Gather and analyze user feedback and data usage metrics for continuous improvement
  • Serve as the primary contact between technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into product specifications
  • Communicate product progress, risks and impact to technical and nontechnical stakeholders
  • Coordinate engineering, design, QA and operations teams
  • Facilitate alignment and decision-making and resolve scope, priority and dependency conflicts
  • Lead sprint planning, reviews and roadmap discussions
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers on intuitive interfaces for data products
  • Ensure data visualizations and dashboards meet user needs and support decision-making
  • Use analytics and insights to inform product decisions and strategies
  • Define and track KPIs to measure product success
  • Drive innovation through new data sources, tools and methodologies
  • Encourage experimentation and learning within the product team
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Identify opportunities to innovate and differentiate product offerings
  • Monitor emerging technologies and data-related trends

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience or capability in product ownership for data-centric products
  • Ability to define product vision and strategy
  • Ability to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business value
  • Ability to prioritize initiatives based on value, risk and effort
  • Experience creating and maintaining product backlogs, EPICs and user stories
  • Ability to define acceptance criteria and success metrics
  • Ability to partner with development, engineering, design, QA and operations teams
  • Ability to manage scope, timelines, resources, risks and dependencies
  • Ability to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product specifications
  • Ability to communicate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
  • Experience with data analytics, KPIs and data-driven decision making
  • Experience with data products, data visualizations and dashboards
  • Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis
  • Knowledge of enterprise data products and related technologies such as Salesforce
