About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a subject matter expert for core depositary processes and provide practical guidance to processing teams.
  • Review key fund components and operational deliverables, complete reviewer checklists and provide final quality sign-off where authorised.
  • Lead reviews of process, procedure and control documentation.
  • Coordinate corrective action and support a strong risk and quality culture.
  • Contribute to the development, testing and implementation of new solutions, operating-model changes and business transitions.
  • Deliver training and knowledge-sharing.
  • Support audit preparation.
  • Drive continuous improvement, standardisation and automation.
  • Report directly to the Depositary Services Manager.
  • Work across operational teams, management and relevant support functions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A degree in accounting, business, finance or a related field is preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in depositary services or a closely related operational-control environment.
  • Working knowledge of relevant fund regulations, including UCITS, AIFMD and applicable local requirements.
  • Advanced capability with standard office productivity, spreadsheet and data-analysis tools.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage operational and project deadlines are required.
  • Experience delivering training or supporting transformation, migration, testing or implementation is preferred.
