About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a subject matter expert for core depositary processes and provide practical guidance to processing teams
  • Review key fund components and operational deliverables, complete reviewer checklists and provide final quality sign-off where authorised
  • Lead reviews of process, procedure and control documentation
  • Coordinate corrective action and support a strong risk and quality culture
  • Contribute to development, testing and implementation of new solutions, operating-model changes and business transitions
  • Deliver training and knowledge-sharing
  • Support audit preparation
  • Drive continuous improvement, standardisation and automation
  • Report directly to the Depositary Services Manager
  • Work across operational teams, management and relevant support functions
  • Individual-contributor role with no direct reports

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least two years of experience in depositary services or a closely related operational-control environment
  • Working knowledge of relevant fund regulations, including UCITS, AIFMD and applicable local requirements
  • Advanced capability with standard office productivity, spreadsheet and data-analysis tools
  • Fluent English
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage operational and project deadlines
  • Degree in accounting, business, finance or a related field is preferred
  • Experience delivering training or supporting transformation, migration, testing or implementation is preferred
