About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain the general ledger for various fund entities
Prepare supporting work papers for financial statements, portfolio schedules, and capital account allocations
Perform analytical review of monthly/quarterly investment and fund performance data
Review and/or prepare capital calls, distributions, and bank reconciliations
Prepare management, annual, and incentive fee calculations
Prepare various client correspondences
Calculate waterfalls and capital account allocations
Complete special projects as requested
Prepare, analyze, and report investment and fund performance data for global Private Credit funds and affiliated entities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fund accounting or Public Accounting experience
Experience leading verbal and written communications at senior levels with internal and external clients
Excellent administrative and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work efficiently to meet client deliverables
Ability to ensure compliance with legal documents
Ability to maintain working relationships with client contacts, auditors, tax, lawyers, and banking personnel
