About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of strategic data integrations into the Alpha Ecosystem for IBOR, ABOR, and related investment data domains
  • Partner with Product, Architecture, Development, and Data Management teams to define requirements, delivery plans, and implementation approaches
  • Analyze current and target-state data operating models to identify standardization, automation, scalability, and data-consumption improvements
  • Gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements, translating them into integration use cases and process flows
  • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in the Alpha Data Platform, data model, and integration frameworks
  • Analyze and document data mappings between source systems, the Alpha Data Platform, and downstream consumers
  • Define and document data transformation, enrichment, derivation, and workflow requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable, reusable, production-ready integration solutions
  • Participate in functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, including test planning, test case development, execution support, and production-readiness validation
  • Manage requirements, resolve issues, identify risks, and coordinate stakeholders for strategic initiatives
  • Identify and prioritize enhancements improving data quality, operational efficiency, scalability, and platform capabilities
  • Contribute to product and platform requirements and the evolution of standard data services, integration patterns, and enterprise data capabilities
  • Collaborate globally to promote best practices, consistent delivery methodologies, governance, and continuous process improvement
  • Support data quality, reconciliation, governance, and control processes
  • Provide management information to support business-unit decision-making
  • Support the organization’s Risk Excellence culture

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 7+ years of financial services experience is preferred
  • Experience with IBOR, ABOR, security master, positions, transactions, reference data, or related investment data domains
  • Strong analytical and data mapping skills
  • Experience designing and supporting enterprise data integration solutions
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, EDM, ETL tools, and data transformation frameworks
  • Ability to collaborate across Product, Development, Architecture, Operations, and Data Management functions
  • Ability to manage concurrent initiatives, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of outcomes, and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
