About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support management of State Street Talent Development and Learning technology landscape
- Manage the end-to-end Learning Management System and support Learning Experience Platform capabilities
- Execute the strategic learning and talent development technology strategy
- Ensure technology and content align with learning objectives and priorities
- Coordinate with enterprise learning solutions, talent consultancy, talent management, leadership development, design and development, HR business partners, HR technology, and IT teams
- Establish the enterprise-wide approach to learning and talent technology platform management
- Implement, configure, migrate, integrate, release, administer, and maintain LMS platforms
- Integrate learning platforms with content providers, video communication platforms such as WebEx and Zoom, and talent platforms
- Support day-to-day operations, usage analysis, reporting, L3 support, integration, and administration
- Optimize learning assets and participate in platform governance and structure
- Manage learner experience through infrastructure, tools, and integrations
- Partner with internal stakeholders, technology teams, and external information providers to curate customized and vetted learning resources
- Perform other duties as required by business priorities and strategy changes
- Report to the Head of Learning Technology and Curation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree level qualification or relevant professional qualification
- Broad experience in the learning and talent technology space
- High learning agility and curiosity to learn new skills, technologies, and changing work objectives
- Experience with LMS configuration, release management, user and access management, and solution management
- Experience with LXP platforms such as Degreed or EdCast preferred but not compulsory
- Experience with migration management, system analysis, SSO requests, certificate management, API integration, and content collector integration preferred
- Excellent data management and analysis using MS Excel
- Exposure to other data analysis tools is a plus but not compulsory
- Strong project management skills and ability to execute regional and global project plans
- Tactical planning experience and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and apply technology across regions and functions
- Understanding of learning and talent asset curation and optimization
- Authenticity, empathy, collaborative solution-centric mindset, and strong teamwork
- LMS, PMP, and MS Office certification not compulsory
