Design and develop scalable automated test frameworks and regression suites
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality feature delivery
Expand automation coverage across functional, integration, and system testing
Support CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices
Identify quality risks early and drive continuous improvement in testing processes
Contribute to shared automation libraries and testing infrastructure
Advocate for quality engineering best practices across the development lifecycle
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business analysts within a Scrum team
Build automation solutions supporting rapid and reliable software delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 6+ years of experience in software testing within a process-driven technology environment
Strong programming expertise in at least one modern object-oriented programming language such as Java, C#, JavaScript, or Python
Hands-on experience in front-end testing using industry-standard tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or similar frameworks
Experience in back-end/API testing, including REST APIs, HTTP, and SOAP services
Very good knowledge about databases, including SQL query language
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
B.S. degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, another technical course of study, or Business with an MIS background
