About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the Enterprise Investment Performance Calculation Engine and associated Info Delivery components
Build cloud-based data warehouse solutions for F2B clients in North America
Provide technical leadership and oversight across architecture, system design, and code quality
Create proof of concepts, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineers
Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines on Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake
Collaborate with global engineers and operational analysts to provide feature sets for AI/ML models and high-quality business intelligence data
Support implementation and operations teams with platform accelerators and design patterns
Release engineering automation for code distribution across client regions and instances
Optimize total cost of ownership for compute and platform infrastructure
Support overnight COB/SOB processing of investment accounting, fund accounting, and performance data
Manage client information delivery
Address data and environment issues through impact analysis, root cause analysis, and corrective, adaptive, and perfective maintenance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree level qualification in a computer or IT related subject
8+ years of experience
Lead software engineering experience
Technical leadership across architecture, system design, and code quality
Experience with Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake
Good understanding of AI-enabled programming
Ability to multitask
Fast learner and problem solver
Ability to work onsite four days in the office and one day remotely
Availability for 8:30 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility
Ability to support overnight COB/SOB processing operations
