About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with Implementation Test Leads to manage end-to-end test execution for assigned Alpha implementations
Own and govern test strategy, planning, scheduling, execution management, defect management, status reporting, risk management, and executive communications
Provide project management oversight for testing workstreams, including dependency management, issue escalation, and change control
Act as the primary testing execution interface with Implementation Leads, PMO, business stakeholders, and technology partners
Coordinate performance testing with the System Performance team
Drive adoption and execution of automation strategies with the Automation team
Ensure consistent testing standards, governance, and best practices across implementations
Oversee execution across global, multi-vendor, and multi-location teams
Provide data-driven test reporting to senior leadership
Contribute to continuous improvement of the Alpha testing delivery model, including frameworks, metrics, and tooling
Support client engagements by setting testing expectations, execution plans, and success criteria

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Technology, Finance, Management, or related fields
15+ years overall experience, with significant experience in large-scale financial or technology transformation programs
8+ years leading cross-functional delivery teams in client-facing environments
Proven experience managing large-scale, complex testing programs within financial services or platform implementations
Strong understanding of front, middle, and back office workflows, data flows, and integration patterns
Experience working in agile and hybrid delivery models, including JIRA and Confluence
Ability to lead globally distributed teams and vendors
Strong project and program management capabilities
Defect governance and risk-based decision making
Executive-level communication and reporting
Ability to operate at AVP to VP level and influence senior stakeholders
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
