About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end architecture, design standards, and lifecycle management of the Citrix platform
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to clients and Charles River SaaS Operations teams on cloud-based production Citrix infrastructure
- Collaborate with SaaS Operations and Engineering teams to provide Citrix infrastructure support for global clients
- Assist in resolving priority incidents and eliminating impacts quickly
- Participate in root-cause analysis and support corrective and preventative actions
- Assist with client onboarding, including environment provisioning, customer connectivity, service and identity integration, and security configuration
- Ensure high service availability through resilient design, monitoring, automation, and continuous improvement
- Define and maintain reference architecture and documentation for Citrix environments in Azure
- Own disaster recovery strategy and validation processes
- Collaborate with Operations teams to streamline support and troubleshooting processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical discipline such as Computer Science, IT, MIS/CIS, Engineering, or Mathematics
- Four (4) years of operational experience supporting mission-critical production systems in an enterprise-level Azure cloud environment
- Expert-level knowledge of Citrix infrastructure, including NetScaler/ADC, Citrix Cloud, StoreFront, Federated Authentication Service/FAS, and Cloud Connectors
- Solid understanding of load-balancing, DNS, SSL certificates, networking, SAML/Single Sign-On, and Entra ID
- Four (4) years of experience administering MS Windows Server systems, Certificate Services, MS Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills, methodology, and experience with Azure Log Analytics
- Strong sense of customer service, attention to detail, and issue ownership
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives
- IT certifications such as Citrix or Microsoft Azure preferred
- Experience with PowerShell scripting preferred
