About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own full-cycle hiring across multiple functions, from intake and sourcing through offer and close
- Build and manage a strong talent pipeline across the US and Canada
- Lead internal hiring efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and managing job postings
- Oversee outreach and screening processes
- Train and coach hiring managers and calibrate interviewers
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date talent database, tracking availability and qualifications
- Report weekly on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and progress against hiring goals
- Work directly with leadership to drive hiring across the US and Canada
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–7 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, human resources, or related roles, with a track record of closing hard-to-fill roles
- End-to-end ownership of searches, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview design, offer negotiation, and close
- Experience recruiting in the US and/or Canada, including familiarity with market compensation and candidate expectations in both
- Ability to ramp quickly as a contractor and produce results in the first weeks
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- High daily output and precision in execution
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience hiring in healthcare or a regulated environment is a plus
- Energy and drive, with a commitment to self-improvement
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems with high autonomy
- Interest in healthcare and helping healthcare innovation flourish
- Fully committed to a single full-time role
- Availability during US Eastern business hours
