About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work with modern software engineering technologies, tools, and practices, particularly AI-assisted development, automation, and developer productivity
Support development teams with technical questions relating to Java, software architecture, APIs, quality, observability, and cloud-native development
Contribute to microservices, event-driven architecture, domain-driven design (DDD), and API-first design
Improve the developer experience through optimized processes, modern tools, and efficient ways of working
Participate in workshops, technical knowledge-sharing sessions, and developer communities
Develop reusable solutions in collaboration with architects, product teams, and developers
Contribute to strategic technical initiatives and the advancement of AI-assisted and agent-based software development

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable IT qualification
Initial professional experience in software development with Java and Spring
Knowledge of APIs, databases, and modern software architectures such as microservices
Initial experience with cloud technologies, containers, CI/CD, or Kubernetes is a plus
Interest in AI, LLMs, automation, and modern development methodologies
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Good command of English
