About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Install and commission machines at customer sites worldwide
Conduct Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and ensure successful machine handover
Train customers and operators on proper machine operation and maintenance
Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues and failures on machines and components
Provide on-site production support and technical assistance to customers
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on customer machines
Adjust and optimize machines for different customer products and production requirements
Ensure machine quality and performance at customer sites
Prepare daily service and status reports
Support Sales and After Sales with technical expertise and customer-related activities when required
Provide feedback to R&D regarding technical issues, product improvements, and machine optimization
Share market and customer feedback with Sales to identify changing requirements and new opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Higher education, secondary technical education, or equivalent qualification in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field
Solid knowledge of pneumatic systems, sensors, and motors
Confident handling of IT equipment and standard software applications
Good command of English, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level)
German language skills are an advantage
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
Professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance
Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
Open-minded and comfortable working with people from different countries and cultures
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams
