Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
  • Certification in safety management (e.g., CSP, ASP, CHST, or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a safety management role, preferably in a field-based setting
  • Experience with OSHA regulations and safety compliance
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing safety programs
  • Experience in accident investigation and reporting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively address safety concerns
  • Experience conducting regular safety audits
  • Proficiency in providing training sessions on safety practices
  • Ability to implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures
  • Ability to work closely with project teams
  • Flexibility to adapt to diverse environments and changing conditions
  • Travel within the contiguous United States and Hawaii
  • Flexibility to travel on short notice and for extended periods, including all 7 days of the week
  • Travel requirement of at least 75%
  • Ability to work on active construction sites and in varied outdoor, cold, or warm conditions
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move 25–50 pounds
  • Ability to wear all required PPE
  • Ability to work days or nights, as needed
