About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Stack, feed, and handle wood veneer to support production
- Assist with moving and organizing materials in the assigned area
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Help maintain a clean, organized work area
- Work with the team to keep production moving and meet quality expectations
- Support production of wood veneer used by manufacturers of flooring, doors, hardwood plywood, furniture, and cabinets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Applicants age 18 or older
- Dependability and a willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
- Ability to perform the essential physical duties of the position, including handling and lifting wood veneer as well as standing while working, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work second shift, typically 4pm–12:30am
