Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You are currently studying—ideally in communications, business, or a related field, although this is not required
  • Ideally, you have initial experience in Marketing or Sales; this is not required
  • Enjoy making phone calls and having genuine conversations
  • Proactive and self-organized approach to work
  • Excellent feel for language, people, and tone of voice—on the phone, by email, and on LinkedIn
  • Interested in learning modern B2B Sales using tools, tactics, and teamwork
  • Creative, resourceful, and eager to turn ideas into action
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, hybrid environment and able to adapt flexibly
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (C1+)
  • Based in Berlin
  • Willingness to meet for a coffee at the Berlin office
  • Clear, honest, and appreciative communication
  • Independent, pragmatic, and proactive approach to work
  • Team-oriented and receptive to feedback
