About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure the operation and governance of Trait and Germplasm royalty processes, working with the ITS/VLS and Cultive Biotec systems;
  • Manage and monitor licensing contracts and processes, coordinating with internal teams and partners;
  • Own the operation and continuous improvement of the Multiplier Portal, ensuring information quality and proposing enhancements;
  • Manage databases, KPIs, and strategic dashboards in Power BI, turning data into business insights;
  • Monitor data quality, identify inconsistencies, and automate processes;
  • Support the analysis of scenarios, KPIs, and strategic information to support decision-making;
  • Serve as the department’s point of contact for data, royalties, licensing, and relationship-management matters.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
  • Experience in agribusiness, preferably in licensing or related areas;
  • Strong experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query/M, and data modeling);
  • Knowledge of the soybean and corn markets and production processes;
  • Fluent English, including the ability to read and analyze contracts;
  • Analytical, organized, proactive, and hands-on approach;
  • Comfortable working with systems, with the ability to interpret scenarios and turn data into recommendations;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
