About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Evaluate current client performance using established database structures and dashboards
  • Apply statistical modeling knowledge to marketing challenges
  • Determine suitable statistical models for business applications and outline development plans
  • Assist clients with marketing activities across catalog, email, and SMS channels
  • Generate catalog lists and perform email and SMS segmentation
  • Create product development documentation, including use cases, user stories, and technical specifications
  • Support ad hoc client analysis requests
  • Perform basic SQL queries and Excel reporting
  • Create Tableau dashboards
  • Support the Product Solutions department

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled as a part-time or full-time college student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field, entering junior or senior year
  • Must reside in or be enrolled in Texas, Florida, New York, or Massachusetts
  • Available to commit to a minimum of 24 hours per week for the duration of the Summer 2027 internship
  • Demonstrated experience with coding languages such as SQL or Python, or a strong desire to develop programming and software development skills
  • Interest in software development and technical project documentation
  • Proficiency with SQL querying and data visualization tools such as Tableau
  • Proficiency using a personal computer and communication tools including email, web tools, and Google Suite
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • High level of initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
  • Ability to adhere to the company's hybrid work policy
  • For employees within a 30-mile radius, minimum three days per week in one of the offices in San Antonio, Manhattan, Hauppauge, Boston, or Pompano Beach
  • Remote workers must reside in TX, FL, MA, NY, CO, CT, IA, IL, ME, MD, MN, NC, NJ, OR, PA, RI, SC, VA, or WI
