Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor and analyze transaction performance across the ecosystem, ensuring quality, integrity, and continuity throughout different workflows.
  • Identify transaction deviations, inconsistencies, and failures, conducting analyses to determine root causes and points of impact.
  • Escalate identified issues to the responsible teams and squads, following up on developments when necessary.
  • Take a proactive approach to identifying anomalous behavior, helping reduce failures and improve transaction quality.
  • Support the development and enhancement of metrics, monitoring systems, and alerts related to transaction quality.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed.
  • Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, including querying, analysis, and investigation.
  • Experience with or knowledge of log storage, querying, and analysis tools such as Elasticsearch or similar platforms.
  • Ability to interpret logs, error messages, and integration workflows.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools.
  • Analytical, investigative, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to document processes and analyses.
