About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Draft and review finance documents, including loan agreements, securities issuance instruments, security agreements, and ancillary documents.
  • Draft and review corporate resolutions and other corporate documents required to execute the transactions.
  • Participate in meetings with clients and counterparties to discuss and negotiate the transaction’s terms and conditions.
  • Coordinate due diligence processes related to the transactions.
  • Liaise with the firm’s internal teams, clients, and counterparties to align on the progress of the due diligence work.
