About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in analyzing litigation portfolios and contingency amounts for the companies subject to audit
- Assess risks associated with significant cases
- Review court certificates and other documentation in the context of M&A and capital markets transactions
- Support the preparation of Q&As, reports, and presentations summarizing audit findings and identified risks
- Participate in meetings with clients and counterparties to discuss relevant audit matters
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a law degree, having completed at least the fifth semester
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
