About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and enhance new features for the company’s mission-critical systems
Ensure high performance, scalability, security, availability, resilience, and integrity of production systems
Monitor application performance and behavior after deployment
Ensure traceability of enhancements through clear, up-to-date documentation
Actively participate in Code Reviews, ensuring best practices and the technical evolution of the ecosystem
Work within the financial ecosystem for managing fixed-income investment products, including issuance, financial settlement, interest accrual, and maturity payments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in software development using Go (Golang)
Quality-oriented mindset, with implementation of automated tests and continuous code inspection
Experience with microservices architecture
Proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
A questioning and proactive attitude to identify gaps in processes or architecture and propose innovative solutions
Eagerness to learn and adaptability when working with new technologies
Knowledge of or interest in the financial market, especially fixed income and settlement, is a plus
Experience with public or private clouds (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or OpenStack) is a plus
Experience with messaging systems and event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ZeroMQ, IBM MQ) is a plus
Proficiency in advanced architectural patterns and approaches (Event Sourcing, CQRS, Hexagonal Architecture, Lambda Architecture) is a plus
Experience with non-relational data modeling (NoSQL) is a plus
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably Azure DevOps, is a plus
