Key responsibilities & impact

Work as part of a cross-functional team, defining, implementing, and maintaining features that support the generative AI platform, chatbots, and integration with the company’s internal services.
Create new solutions and enhance existing ones.
Deliver APIs, content management systems, and solutions that ensure AI models can be deployed to production.
Apply software engineering best practices, with a focus on quality and scalability.
Work in an agile environment with connected discovery and delivery processes.
Conduct experiments and short validation cycles guided by metrics.
Plan and deliver work incrementally and iteratively.
Provide technical guidance to the rest of the team when needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience developing, designing, and maintaining software, including APIs, AI models, or messaging systems.
Familiarity with and consistent use of excellent software engineering practices.
Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and/or Node.js.
Experience with CI/CD deployment workflows.
Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud environments.
Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
Experience working with agile teams and practices, such as Kanban, Scrum, and XP.
Keeps up to date with the latest technologies and industry releases.
Communicates clearly and effectively with the rest of the team, providing technical guidance whenever necessary.
Plans and delivers work incrementally and iteratively.
Experience with both Node.js and Python.
PostgreSQL and Amazon RDS.
Kubernetes.
SQS, Apache Kafka, Google Cloud Pub/Sub, and related technologies.
Basic knowledge of machine learning and LLMs.
