Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, execute, and prioritize complex problems related to the financial sector and/or engineering platform products
Serve as a reference point for solution-detail decisions
Help the team solve problems with unclear scope and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Provide suggestions and constructive criticism, contributing to technical decisions and sharing technical knowledge across the team
Independently define and deliver technical roadmaps for larger projects, often involving dependencies between teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Software development with C#
Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures
Strong knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles
Strong knowledge of unit and integration testing
Use Git proficiently and understand Gitflow
Knowledge of Docker and containerization
Experience with observability tools such as Elasticsearch and Datadog
Ability to produce clean, maintainable code
Familiarity with agile methodologies and their practical application, particularly Kanban and/or Scrum
Use of AI in the development process
Public and private clouds such as Azure and Google Cloud (a plus)
Knowledge of messaging systems such as Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka (a plus)
Knowledge of microservices, Event Sourcing, CQRS, and Hexagonal Architecture (a plus)
Experience with relational and non-relational data modeling (a plus)
Knowledge of CI/CD tools and Azure DevOps (a plus)
Knowledge of and interest in the financial market (a plus)
