About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on problems with an open-ended or loosely defined scope
Work autonomously and make decisions regarding solution details
Work with the immediate team and cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration throughout the project
Collaborate with Android and iOS (KMP) teams and integrate React Native modules with native platforms
Build interfaces with Compose Multiplatform, understanding the boundaries between shared UI and platform-specific requirements
Contribute to architecture decisions, development standards, and tooling improvements within the mobile team
Participate in the solution design process
Take part in code reviews and support the technical growth of more junior engineers

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of relevant professional experience in mobile software development (Android or iOS)
Proficiency in mobile architecture patterns (MVVM and MVI)
Hands-on experience with data structures (lists, mappers, hash maps)
Experience writing testable code, including unit and integration tests
Experience with systems integration (REST APIs, networking, and local data persistence)
Previous experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) and/or Compose Multiplatform (CMP) in a production environment (a plus)
Knowledge of observability tools such as Datadog and Amplitude (a plus)
