Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of seven to ten years of experience in trust and estate law, private client advisory or related fields
  • Currently manage or influence approximately ten million dollars or more in client assets, or maintain a strong book of long-term client relationships
  • Portable client book of approximately ten million dollars or more in client assets or equivalent relationship value
  • Experience supporting high net worth individuals, families, or business owners
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage long-term client relationships
  • Planning-focused, client-centric mindset
  • Interest in joining a firm actively acquiring smaller books and practices and integrating them into a cohesive platform
  • Ability to provide estate planning, trust administration and private client legal services
  • Ability to ensure compliance with legal, ethical and fiduciary requirements
