VP – F&I Producer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct business-to-business sales to franchise automotive dealerships
- Provide dealerships with finance and insurance products
- Devote exclusive attention and time during working hours to Company business
- Acquire new dealer distributors to meet or exceed the Company business plan
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop optimal programs and structures for each dealer
- Develop game plans with new dealers to maximize F&I income
- Deliver required training and developmental work to execute game plans properly
- Gather competitor market intelligence and share it with the EVP, Sales Operations
- Collaborate with P&C/EB producers to leverage relationships for potential opportunities
- Organize, break down, and clearly articulate thoughts, ideas, and instructions verbally and in writing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2 years experience with Finance and Insurance either at an F&I agency
- Comply with all state licensing and continuing education requirements necessary to perform duties
- Ability to work in a self-directed way
- Ability to take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written English communication
- Motivated by a fast-moving environment
