Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team whilst also using initiative when required
  • At least 6 months' previous experience in a paralegal, legal assistant or administrative role
  • Experience of handling legal documents, managing files or supporting transactional work
  • Familiarity with Land Registry searches, property searches or legal case management systems
  • Experience of working in a professional services environment
