About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead recruitment across a varied portfolio of legal roles

Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to build credibility and trusted partnerships quickly
- Confidence working on multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Ability to identify and engage talent in competitive markets
- Genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Commercial awareness
- Experience may come from an in-house, agency or blended background
