About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and enhance new features for the company’s mission-critical systems
- Ensure high performance, scalability, security, availability, resilience, and integrity of systems in production
- Monitor application performance and behavior after deployment
- Ensure the traceability of enhancements through clear, up-to-date documentation
- Actively participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices and the technical evolution of the ecosystem
- Contribute to the management of fixed-income investment products, from issuance and financial settlement through interest calculations and maturity payments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience in software development using Go (Golang)
- Quality-oriented mindset, including automated test implementation and continuous code inspection
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
- Inquisitive and proactive approach to identifying gaps in processes or architecture and proposing innovative solutions
- Eagerness to learn and adaptability when working with new technologies
- Knowledge of or interest in financial markets, especially fixed income and settlement, is a plus
- Experience with public or private clouds (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or OpenStack) is a plus
- Experience with messaging systems and event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ZeroMQ, IBM MQ) is a plus
- Proficiency in advanced architectural patterns and approaches (Event Sourcing, CQRS, Hexagonal Architecture, Lambda Architecture) is a plus
- Experience with non-relational (NoSQL) data modeling is a plus
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably Azure DevOps, is a plus
