About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work as part of a cross-functional team, defining, implementing, and maintaining features for the generative AI platform, chatbots, and integrations with the company’s internal services
Create new solutions and enhance existing ones
Deliver APIs, content management systems, and solutions for deploying AI models to production
Apply software engineering best practices, with a focus on quality and scalability
Work in an agile environment with connected discovery and delivery processes
Conduct experiments and short validation cycles driven by metrics
Plan and deliver work incrementally and iteratively
Provide technical guidance to the team when needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in software development, designing and maintaining software involving APIs, AI models, or messaging systems
Strong experience with and command of software engineering best practices
Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Node.js
Experience with CI/CD deployment processes
Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud environments
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes
Experience working with agile teams and practices (Kanban, Scrum, XP)
Up to date with the latest technologies and developments in the field
Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to provide technical guidance when needed
Ability to plan and deliver work incrementally and iteratively
Experience with Node.js and Python is a plus
Knowledge of PostgreSQL/RDS, Kubernetes, SQS, Kafka, GCP Pub/Sub, and related technologies is a plus
Basic knowledge of ML and LLMs is a plus
