Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, execute, and prioritize complex problems related to the financial sector and/or engineering platform products
Serve as a subject-matter reference for solution-related decisions
Help the team solve problems with unclear scope and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment among everyone involved in the project
Provide suggestions and constructive feedback, contributing to technical decisions and sharing technical knowledge with the team
Independently define and deliver technical plans for larger projects, often involving cross-team dependencies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Software development with C#
Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures
Strong knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles
Strong knowledge of unit and integration testing
Use Git fluently and be familiar with Gitflow
Knowledge of Docker and containerization
Experience with observability tools such as Elasticsearch and Datadog
Ability to produce clean, maintainable code
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and their practical application, especially Kanban and/or Scrum
Experience with public and private clouds such as Azure and Google Cloud (a plus)
Knowledge of messaging systems such as Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka (a plus)
Knowledge of microservices, Event Sourcing, CQRS, or Hexagonal Architecture (a plus)
Experience with relational and non-relational data modeling (a plus)
Knowledge of CI/CD tools and Azure DevOps (a plus)
Knowledge of and interest in the financial market (a plus)
