Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the planning, execution, and prioritization of complex problems related to the financial sector and/or engineering platform products
Serve as a reference point for decision-making regarding solution details
Help the team solve problems with undefined scope and work with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration among everyone involved in the project
Provide suggestions and raise constructive criticisms, contributing to technical decisions and sharing technical knowledge across the team
Independently define and deliver technical roadmaps for larger projects, often involving dependencies between teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Software development with C#
Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures
Strong knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles
Strong knowledge of unit and integration testing
Use Git naturally and be familiar with GitFlow
Knowledge of Docker and containerization
Experience with observability tools such as Elasticsearch and Datadog
Ability to produce clean, maintainable code
Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly Kanban and/or Scrum
Use of AI in the development process
Preferred qualifications: Azure and Google Cloud; Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka; microservices, Event Sourcing, CQRS, and Hexagonal Architecture; relational and non-relational data modeling; CI/CD and Azure DevOps; knowledge of and interest in the financial market
