About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support account teams with day-to-day client work and project delivery
  • Monitor political events and provide concise, insightful briefings and analysis
  • Conduct desk-based research to inform client strategies and new business opportunities
  • Prepare agendas, meeting notes, monthly reports, and press summaries
  • Track and report media coverage on key issues and policies
  • Contact important stakeholders, including MPs, journalists, and businesses, to support campaigns and gather intelligence
  • Contribute ideas to campaign planning and creative strategy
  • Stay across political, business, and social trends to identify opportunities for clients
  • Work across client accounts and alongside multidisciplinary teams, supporting research, analysis, and campaign delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • An interest in politics, current affairs, and how change happens in society
  • Curiosity about how businesses, policymakers, and the media interact
  • Good research and writing skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to take initiative and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude
  • Enthusiasm, creativity, and a readiness to contribute ideas
  • Excited by how our work can deliver real change for clients
  • Eager to learn and develop skills across research, analysis, and strategic communications
  • Curious about current affairs, politics, and global trends
