About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead Regional Finance team operations, ensuring accurate and timely delivery in line with defined indicators
- Oversee statutory accounting, reporting, tax filings, and local compliance obligations
- Review team outputs, ensure strong internal controls performance, and support issue resolution
- Act as key contact point for Finance Operations teams and internal stakeholders
- Implement process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across the Legal Entity Controller community
- Ensure service levels, deliverables, KPIs, and SLAs are met
- Define, monitor, and manage team and individual performance metrics
- Coach and develop team members
- Conduct service review meetings with external service providers and resolve escalated issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a related field
- At least eight years of experience in finance, statutory accounting, tax compliance, or related areas
- Proven experience in operational team management and people leadership
- Excellent leadership, communication and organizing skills
- Experience working in multinational environment across multiple jurisdictions
- Knowledge of statutory accounting, indirect and direct tax processes, and related compliance requirements
- Demonstrated experience in process standardization
- Strong customer focused mindset with willingness and ability to influence and collaborate effectively in shared service and international environment
- Experience in ERP platforms such as SAP, as well as group reporting and tax or compliance reporting tools
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
