About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and grow a personal family law practice
- Lead complex finance and children cases
- Convert new clients and build strong client relationships
- Improve client service and identify opportunities to grow the practice
- Work with specialist teams covering secretarial support, legal assistants, billing, and new business enquiries

Requirements
What you’ll need- Likely a Senior Lawyer, Senior Solicitor, Senior Associate ready for Partnership, or an existing Partner seeking greater reward, progression, or the opportunity to build something of their own
- Commercially minded and able to identify opportunities to improve client service and grow the practice
- Comfortable leading complex finance and children cases
- Ambitious and committed to continuing career progression while practising family law
- Confident converting new clients and building strong relationships
- Empathy and sensitivity for clients experiencing an incredibly difficult period
