Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Real, recent experience shipping production software with AI tools
  • Experience using Claude, Cursor, and Pi AI agent as primary development tools
  • Ability to write precise prompts and iterate quickly when AI output misses
  • Strong engineering fundamentals sufficient to assess whether AI-generated code is structurally sound
  • Ability to identify shallow error handling, missing edge cases, hallucinations, logic gaps, and overconfident logic
  • Ability to determine when to trust AI output and when to investigate architecture manually
  • Comfort working from rough product briefs and iterating toward solutions without a perfect specification
  • Ability to write and critically stress-test AI-generated test suites
  • Ability to work at high velocity while maintaining production readiness and verification
